Coach Vebjørn B. Rusten offers coaching and therapy with a resource and solution-oriented approach. He uses an NLP-based method, which stands for neuro-linguistic programming, and focuses on holistic, systemic and trauma-informed principles. The services include both physical and online classes, which provides flexibility for clients.
The coaching process emphasizes clarity, direction and personal development. Rusten offers an introductory conversation to get to know the client and explore possibilities. This allows space to be yourself without performance requirements, while focusing on clearing up challenges and finding solutions.
