Ressursen - Barnehage og Skole afdeling Buskerud is a resource agency that specializes in providing temporary workers to kindergartens. The agency aims to deliver temporary workers on the same day, which can be an advantage for institutions that need quick staffing. The services are quality assured, and the temporary workers undergo both an interview and a reference check before being offered an assignment.
To ensure a high standard among the temporary workers, mandatory temporary workers meetings are held. The temporary workers are paid according to the tariff, and a police certificate is required from everyone who wants to work through the agency. This helps to maintain a safe and professional working environment for both temporary workers and the institutions they work for.
