Skoger og Fjell Karate Klubb offers training in Kyokushin Karate and Kickboxing for all ages. The club has a strong competitive environment, and members have achieved recognition both nationally and internationally, including a Guinness World Record in rock crushing. Head coach Dilnawaz Malik, who holds the title of Shihan, is one of the highest-ranked Kyokushinkai in Norway and sits on the board of the international federation.
