Fredrikstad Kunstforening is an art gallery that organizes several exhibitions throughout the year, focusing on current artists from all over the country. The gallery has a diverse collection, with over 100 works on display on the walls. One of the prominent traditions at the art association is croquis drawing, which attracts both beginners and experienced artists.
In addition to the regular exhibitions, Fredrikstad Kunstforening offers the opportunity for artists to apply for exhibition space through an open call. This provides a platform for new talent and contributes to a dynamic art community. The gallery also has a membership available to interested parties, which can provide benefits such as access to special events and activities.
