Nedre Glomma Nature and Youth is a youth organization that focuses on environmental issues at local, regional and national levels. The organization is the largest of its kind for young people in Norway and works independently of party politics. Through their commitment, they aim to preserve biodiversity and counteract climate change, and have achieved significant results, such as stopping mining on the seabed.
The organization engages young people through local teams and projects, and offers resources and events for their members. Each year they have a theme that gives direction to the targeted work. Nedre Glomma Nature and Youth emphasizes finding solutions to environmental challenges, and encourages active participation from young people in the work for a sustainable future.
