Groos Bolig AS offers apartments for rent in an idyllic location near the beach and marina. The company focuses on smart apartments that are available at reasonable prices. There is also the possibility of renting out rooms to students and tourists, which can be attractive for those who want to live near the University of Agder, as well as shops and the city center.
Former rental apartments are now being renovated to offer modern and comfortable homes. The project is divided into phases, where phase 1 is already sold out, while phase 2 is under planning. Groos Bolig AS targets both long-term and short-term rentals, and thus has a varied offer for different needs.
