Sjøörret Sørlandet is a non-profit organization that focuses on the development of circular sustainable livelihoods based on nature and the ocean. The organization is involved in stream restoration and collaborates with 14 different schools to impart knowledge about the environment and sustainability to both students and volunteers. This work helps to raise awareness of the importance of aquatic environments and ecosystems.
In addition to restoration projects, Sjøörret Sørlandet develops sustainable experiences in collaboration with local accommodations and event companies. Through these initiatives, the organization seeks to promote a holistic approach to sustainable development, where both nature and local communities are in focus.
