Attorney Tom Schjelderup Mathiesen is a lawyer specializing in children's law, offering legal assistance related to child welfare, parental disputes and criminal law. He has worked with private individuals and small companies since its establishment in 2006. Since 2012, he has been part of the Tetzschner & co law firm, which gives him access to a broader network of legal resources.
In addition to his core areas, Mathiesen has a focus on inclusion and adaptation in schools, which may be relevant to cases involving children and young people. From September 2023, he has moved into a new office space, which may contribute to a more dynamic working environment. He offers a free initial consultation, which may be an advantage for new clients who want to assess their legal needs.
