The Swedish Consulate in Hamar represents the interests of the Swedish state in Norway. The consulate acts as a link between the two countries and contributes to cooperation in various areas. Through its services, the consulate provides information about Swedish diplomatic missions and can be a resource for both Swedes in Norway and Norwegians with an interest in Sweden.
The consulate is headed by an honorary consul, whose task is to safeguard Swedish interests and promote relations between Norway and Sweden. It is worth noting that the consulate is currently temporarily closed, which may affect the availability of services.
