Hamar Psychotherapy offers Gestalt therapy with a focus on mental health. The treatments target various challenges such as loneliness, bullying, sadness and self-harm. The therapist has specialized in topics related to grief, loss and relationships, and emphasizes creating a confidential and anonymous atmosphere for her clients.
The conversation therapy is available in the afternoons and evenings, which provides flexibility for those who need support in crises or want coaching. Hamar Psychotherapy does not use cookies for identification, which can contribute to a more private experience for users.
