NorlandiART is an art and art communication project based in Harstad. The project aims to tell stories from and about Nordland, with a special focus on the perspectives of the artists. Through collaboration with outstanding visual artists, NorlandiART contributes to enriching the art scene and promoting diversity in artistic expression.
The organization emphasizes the importance of the physical place for artistic creation, which provides a unique context for the various projects. Modern communication technologies are used to enable a global dialogue about art, which opens up new opportunities for both artists and audiences. NorlandiART's approach not only promotes local art, but also a broader understanding of the role of art in society.
