EQ Jessheim offers conversations and therapy with a focus on sorting thoughts and feelings. With an approach that includes trauma-sensitive yoga, there is an emphasis on a non-judgmental view of humanity. The therapist helps clients clear up emotional "gruff" and create a safe space to open up. Both in-person and digital therapy are offered, which provides flexibility for clients.
A central part of the treatment is EQ therapy, which focuses on strengthening the inner core and recognizing one's own value. Through self-exploration and awareness, clients are helped to process their history and redefine their truths and patterns. EQ Jessheim emphasizes quality of life and emotional well-being, and also offers coaching for better balance in everyday life.
