KS Agder, an organization within the municipal sector, is working on a number of initiatives to strengthen and develop municipal services in the region. The organization organizes professional conferences in collaboration with the Agder Education Association, focusing on topics such as violence and threats in schools. This helps to raise competence and awareness of challenges in the education sector.
KS Agder is also participating in a pilot project that deals with welfare technology in health and care services, which can contribute to innovation and improvement of services. The organization also emphasizes inclusion and job training, especially through the project "Inn i Jobb", which aims to help unskilled workers into municipal positions. Through close cooperation with the municipalities in Agder, KS Agder works to develop and adapt local services to the needs of residents.
