Ifront Karriere is an educational center that aims to promote inclusive working life. The center acts as a link between job seekers, NAV and employers, and offers various services that help employers become more inclusive. Through their work, they emphasize sustainable business-to-business cooperation and promote diversity in working life.
The center also organizes job fairs, which serve as a networking arena for both job seekers and employers. Ifront Karriere has initiatives aimed at supporting work in the ordinary labor market, and engages in sharing as a catalyst for results and development. This helps to create a more inclusive working environment and strengthen cooperation between different actors in working life.
