Lillehammer Psychomotor Physiotherapy offers specialized treatment within psychomotor physiotherapy, with a focus on musculoskeletal disorders. The treatment is tailored to the individual patient, and the emphasis is on a holistic approach to health. This means that patients receive individually adapted exercises that take into account their specific needs.
In addition to treatment, the clinic offers information through brochures and films, which can contribute to a greater understanding of the different approaches used. There is also a focus on movement groups, which can be part of the rehabilitation process. This gives patients the opportunity to participate in activities that promote both physical and mental health.
