BUA Lillehammer is a non-profit organization that focuses on providing children and young people with opportunities for varied activities without financial burden. The organization promotes sustainable consumption by reducing the need for ownership, making it easier for young people to participate in various leisure activities. BUA Lillehammer provides access to a wide range of equipment and resources, which can be used for trips, play, sports and games.
Anyone living in Norway and having a Norwegian telephone number can borrow equipment for free. For borrowers under 18 years of age or those without a Norwegian telephone number, a responsible borrower is required to be present, or a completed authorization form must be available. BUA Lillehammer is administered by the Department of Culture and Leisure in Lillehammer Municipality, and works to support inclusion and community among young people, as well as encourage an active lifestyle and exploration of new interests.
