Nok. Møre og Romsdal offers low-threshold assistance for people who have been victims of sexual abuse, as well as support for their relatives. The organization has an interdisciplinary approach and offers free resources such as guidance for school classes, teachers and health personnel. This also includes specific measures for professionals who want to increase their competence in the area.
In addition to individual conversations and guidance, Nok. Møre og Romsdal arranges group services such as yoga with Elly and nature group activities in beautiful surroundings. These activities are designed to promote safety and support in community, and the emphasis is on creating an inclusive environment for the participants. The organization has decentralized services in several cities, which makes it easier for victims to access the help they need.
