The Student Ombudsman in Oslo offers support and guidance to students at the University of Oslo. The services include help with complaints and conflicts that may arise in the study environment. As a joint student representative, it is available to all students, regardless of their field of study, and provides information on students' rights and obligations.
In addition to guidance and support, the Student Ombudsman prepares reports that shed light on students' experiences. The organization has a focus on improving student welfare and the learning environment, and works to ensure that students get the help they need in various situations.
