Gamlebyen barnehager AS has over 32 years of experience in nursery business and offers a varied and engaging learning environment for children. The nursery places an emphasis on strengthening social competence through stories from Islam, as well as by including cultural traditions in various events. This contributes to an inclusive atmosphere where children learn about diversity and community.
In addition to the academic content, Gamlebyen kindergartens offer special Fridays with a gathering and hot lunch, as well as birthday celebrations that include face painting, a cinema and a dance party. The nursery promotes outdoor activities, such as picking vegetables and herbs, as part of its educational offer. The use of visual support in learning is also an important part of their approach, which helps to make the learning experience both fun and meaningful for the children.
