The nursery has committed staff who work to promote cooperation and community among the children. Activities in the nursery include both indoor and outdoor play, as well as various projects that are based on the children's curiosity. Norsk Hydro's nursery places an emphasis on involving parents in the children's everyday life, and regular meetings and activities are arranged for the families.
