Kappland arkitekter AS is an architectural firm that specializes in unique housing projects, with a particular focus on light and space. The company has experience with both detached houses and cottages, and emphasizes using varied materials to create interesting light and shadow effects. This gives the projects a distinctive aesthetic and contributes to a harmonious integration with the surroundings.
An important part of Kappland architects' approach is the adaptation of buildings to the terrain, which ensures optimal utilization of space. Their projects are often found in scenic locations such as Fosen and Stokkøya. In addition, they focus on integrating indoor and outdoor spaces, which provides a seamless transition between different areas of the home. The designs have also been developed with family-friendliness and functionality in mind, making them well suited to modern lifestyles.
