Stiftelsen Norges Byggskole is an educational institution that focuses on training within the wood-based industry and the construction industry. The school offers diplomas in Glued Wood Production and Timber, as well as courses in vocational theory that prepare participants for the exam. Emphasis is placed on both practical experience and theoretical knowledge, which gives students a solid foundation for further work in the industry.
The institution also has tailored offers for adults who wish to take a professional certificate as a private individual, as well as support schemes for practice candidates who lack theoretical documentation. This enables people with long professional experience to gain recognition for their skills. The foundation collaborates with the Norwegian Institute of Wood Technology, which further strengthens the school's expertise and connection to the industry.
