Boligstiftelsen Nydalen is a housing intermediary that specializes in tenancies for students. The tenancies extend from August to July, with the option of taking over vacant homes outside the main entrance. Residents have access to useful resources such as information and checklists for both moving in and moving out, which can contribute to a smooth transition into new housing.
A distinctive feature of Boligstiftelsen Nydalen is the free training offered to all residents, as well as access to a gym in C-Blokken. This focus on physical activity and community is aimed at creating a good environment for the residents, who largely consist of students from BI Business School. In addition, residents can register their interest in vacant homes, and news and updates for tenants are available on their website.
