SATS Hoff is a training facility that offers modern facilities for a varied training experience. With a wide selection of group lessons, personal training and physiotherapy, it is arranged for different needs and objectives. The center also has a separate childcare department, known as MiniSATS, which makes it easier for parents to exercise.
The training area includes an extensive cardio zone, equipped with 20 treadmills, stairmasters, elliptical machines, rowing machines and bicycles. In addition, there is a zone for training with free weights and a specialized powerlifting platform. For those who want to focus on well-being, a sauna and hot yoga room are offered. SATS Hoff is also accessible to people with reduced mobility, and has senior classes for older participants. Body analysis and a dedicated SATS app for training and follow-up are also available to members.
