The Ministry of Labor and Inclusion is responsible for a number of important societal areas, including the labor market, working environment and inclusion. The ministry works with policies and measures to promote immigration and integration, as well as manage pensions and welfare schemes. Furthermore, the ministry has a central role in facilitating culture, sport and volunteering, and is involved in state administration and social security. In addition, they are involved in education issues and freedom of expression, and have special measures aimed at indigenous peoples and minorities. The ministry also has initiatives to support young people in working life, including through wage subsidies, as well as follow-up of Ukrainian displaced persons to ensure their integration into the labor market.
