OsloMet - Fyrhuset is a café attached to a state university that focuses on health, society, technology and pedagogy. The café is located on a large campus that also offers guidance for new students. In addition to being a meeting point for students, the university collaborates with society on research, innovation and education, and offers further and further education for professional replenishment.
The café has a varied offer with freshly baked baked goods such as bread, focaccia, rolls, scones, croissants and buns. For those who want a meal, pizza is also offered, as well as a selection of beer, wine, tea and coffee drinks. The lighthouse provides an opportunity to experience both lively city life and nature experiences nearby, and student stories from the site provide insight into student life and the current societal challenges that research at the university addresses.
