Central Jamat ahle Sunnet Ammerud is a mosque that offers a varied range of services for the local community. The mosque arranges tours for kindergartens and school classes, giving young people the opportunity to learn about Islam and the mosque's role in society. In addition, it offers wedding services, known as Nikah, as well as funerals and fatiha, which are important ceremonies in the Islamic tradition.
The mosque also has a library that focuses on Islamic knowledge, and it conducts five daily daily prayers, including Friday prayers with sermons. In addition, religious lectures and gatherings are arranged, which help to promote knowledge and understanding of Islam in Norway. Central Jamat ahle Sunnet Ammerud thus functions as a center for both religious practice and education.
