Ljan Church is an active congregation that offers a varied program for all age groups. The church organizes services in both Ljan and Nordstrand, and has a wide range of activities that include cultural events and performances. In addition to the religious services, there are opportunities for baptisms, weddings and funerals, which are part of the church's offer.
Voluntary work is central to the congregation's work, and there are several opportunities for involvement for those who wish to contribute. Ljan church also organizes special events such as an autumn market with local activities and a family weekend at Strandheim campsite. TemaTreff with different focus areas gives members the opportunity to participate in discussions and activities that are relevant to them.
