Office for Contemporary Art Norway (OCA) is an art organization whose aim is to promote contemporary art through various programs and publications. The organization offers support schemes for artists and galleries, and has a focus on curatorial practice as political action. OCA engages in current topics such as exocapitalism and multipolarity, and works to build networks for visitors and art enthusiasts.
OCA also administers international residency programs, including Artica Svalbard, and nominates artists for residencies. In addition, they organize workshops and lectures that deal with artistic practice. From autumn 2026, OCA will collaborate with Kunstnernes Hus, which may contribute to the further development of their activities and offers in contemporary art.
