Badebakken housing association is a housing association that offers various resident services to its members. The housing association emphasizes written communication for inquiries that require a board decision, and the board prefers to receive inquiries via e-mail. There are no board mailboxes available to the residents, which emphasizes the digital communication.
For residents who want quick contact, it is possible to reach the chairman by phone. This can be useful for matters that do not require formal decisions, and provides an opportunity for direct dialogue. The housing association has adapted its communication routines to meet the residents' needs, while maintaining a structured approach to board work.
