Bjerke Panorama AS is a condominium that offers a varied range of services for the residents of its housing complex. Among the tasks carried out are changing hedge sections, marking post boxes as well as general spring cleaning of outdoor areas and garage washing. An annual meeting is held for the residents, where important matters are discussed and decided.
To promote environmentally friendly measures, Bjerke Panorama AS has introduced "No mow May", which means that lawn mowing is avoided in the month of May. In addition, they have implemented a successful measure with a trailer for waste management, which contributes to better waste management in the area. Furthermore, the condominium has renegotiated its agreement with Telia for broadband and TV, as well as switching to a new supplier of caretaker services for the maintenance of outdoor areas.
