Borettslaget Kollektivet is a housing formation that offers apartments in Oslo. The housing association is organized as an association of unit owners, where each unit owner has the right to live in a specific apartment. This provides joint management of the property and joint responsibility for operation and maintenance.
The building has several apartments with varying sizes and layouts, which can meet the different needs of the residents. The housing association facilitates a social community, and there are often common areas that can be used by all residents. In addition to the homes, there may be facilities such as a laundry room and storage room available to the unit owners.
