Sio is a student housing center that offers over 8,900 homes in Oslo and Lillestrøm. The homes are adapted to different needs, and there are options for singles, couples and families. Residents have the option of living alone or in a collective, which gives flexibility in their housing choice. In October, new student accommodation will open in Nydalen, which will help to further expand the offer.
Sio facilitates a practical housing experience, with access to help for residents who need it. There are also thrift stores in Kringsjå and Sogn, which promote a sustainable lifestyle. The locations give residents the opportunity to enjoy both city life with cafes and other facilities, as well as quiet natural areas. There is also a waiting list available for those who want housing.
