FugleAdvokatene is a voluntary organization that works with the rescue and rehabilitation of city birds in Oslo and Bergen. The organization focuses on helping birds in need, and engages the local community in the work of bird protection. Through information and attitude work, they contribute to increased awareness of the situation and needs of birds in urban areas.
In addition to the rescue work, FugleAdvokatene has a strong focus on the conservation of urban bird populations. The organization encourages active participation from citizens, and offers resources and guidance for those who want to contribute to the birds' welfare. Through their presence on social media, especially Facebook, they can quickly respond to inquiries from the public who need help with injured or sick birds.
