The Center Party's main organization originates in Oslo and is a political organization that emphasizes local democracy and people's government. The party works to strengthen local communities, and places particular emphasis on visible police to create a safe environment. One of the central issues for the Center Party is improving health preparedness throughout the country, as well as ensuring access to good schools and care for the elderly, regardless of where you live.
The party also has a clear stance against supranational governance from the EU, and prioritizes measures to prevent crime and drug problems among young people. The Center Party works for a balanced development of the whole of Norway, with the aim of reducing the differences between different regions. Through their political work, they seek to promote a holistic approach to societal challenges.
