Statens barnehus Oslo offers organized interviews for children, young people and vulnerable adults. This is a specialized service which aims to look after the most vulnerable groups in society. The children's home has professionals with specialized expertise in violence and sexual abuse, who carry out medical examinations and provide the necessary follow-up and treatment.
In addition to questioning and medical services, the Norwegian Children's Home provides advice and guidance to both private individuals and public bodies. The children's home also works with outward-looking activities to disseminate knowledge and promote cooperation between different actors. Focusing on safe environments is a central part of their work, which helps to create a supportive environment for those who need it most.
