Fagrådet Innen the drug field in Norway is an organization that works with issues related to drugs and drug treatment. The organization actively participates in international seminars, especially with a focus on overdose prevention, and organizes conferences that promote cooperation and the sharing of experiences between different players in the field. This contributes to an increased understanding of the challenges associated with substance abuse.
In addition to events and seminars, the Professional Council offers a comprehensive knowledge base on drugs, which is available to both professionals and the general public. The organization has developed an AI assistant, known as RHO-BOT, which can answer questions related to drug addiction. The professional council is also involved in issues that affect the drug field and health policy, with the aim of gathering and disseminating knowledge that can improve the lives of people with drug problems. Interdisciplinary collaboration between different sectors is an important part of their approach.
