The Holberg psychologists are a community of experienced psychologists based in Oslo. They offer a wide range of mental health services, including couples therapy, individual therapy and emotion-focused therapy. The specialization in cognitive therapy means that they can adapt the treatment to the individual client's needs, and they focus on a holistic approach to mental health.
In addition to therapy for individuals and couples, the Holberg psychologists also provide family guidance and parenting guidance. They emphasize creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for their clients, which can be crucial for a successful treatment process. The treatment plans are tailored to meet individual needs, which contributes to a more targeted and effective approach.
