Livsscenen offers a varied range of therapy services with a focus on individual treatment and group activities. Here you can participate in individual therapy sessions, as well as take part in courses and groups within psychodrama. The center also has specialized offers such as creative voice work, weekend courses and refresher courses for helpers, as well as voice courses for therapists.
In addition to the traditional forms of therapy, yoga and voice exercises are integrated into the offer, which can contribute to a holistic approach to personal development. The life scene emphasizes vitality and customized course plans to meet different needs, giving participants the opportunity to find an approach that suits them best. Psychodrama groups are also part of the offer, which provide space for exploring relationships and personal experiences in a supportive setting.
