Psychologist Charlotte Eide-Olsen offers psychological services with a psychodynamic approach. She has premises in central Oslo and has a short waiting time for new enquiries. A referral is not required to access treatment, which can make it easier for people who want help.
The treatment can be adapted individually, with options for both short-term therapy and long-term therapy. Eide-Olsen offers help for a number of problems, including anxiety, depression, stress and burnout. Emphasis is placed on exploring life events and relationship challenges, with the aim of promoting self-understanding through the therapy process.
