Therese Clemetsen is a psychotherapist specializing in stress and trauma treatment. She offers various forms of treatment, including Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting and Neuroaffective Psychotherapy. With over 30 years of experience from the healthcare system, as well as a background in music and art communication, she has developed a varied approach to therapy.
In addition to individual treatment, Clemetsen offers guidance and teaching for both groups and individuals. She has been a course instructor in TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) and stress management since 2011. Since 2018, she has also been chairman of the SE association, which underlines her involvement in the field.
