Subway is a sandwich chain that offers a varied selection of fresh sandwiches, salads and wraps. Customers can choose from many combinations of ingredients and flavours, with a focus on freshly cut vegetables and freshly baked bread. Sandwich Artists are responsible for preparing the orders, giving a personal approach to each customer. The chain's menu includes popular dishes such as Chicken Tandoori and Italian B.M.T.®, as well as freshly baked cookies for dessert.
The chain functions as an alternative to traditional fast food and targets health-conscious customers. Subway is independently owned and operated by local business owners, which contributes to a local connection. With a casual counter-serve approach, Subway offers the option to build your own sandwiches and salads, which appeals to those who want customized meals.
