NAV Eures Akershus is part of the NAV system and its main task is to assist jobseekers and employers with recruitment and job placement. The office offers services related to job opportunities both nationally and internationally, and acts as a bridge between jobseekers and vacancies. The EURES network, of which NAV Eures is a part, aims to promote mobility on the labor market within the EU/EEA.
In addition to advertising positions, NAV Eures Akershus provides advice and guidance to people who want to work abroad. This includes information about the labor market in various European countries, as well as guidance on rights and obligations as an employee. The office collaborates with various actors to ensure that both jobseekers and employers get the help they need in the process of employment and recruitment.
