Bergkrystallen housing association is a housing cooperative located in Oslo. The housing association offers a varied selection of housing, which gives residents the opportunity to own a share in the community. This gives a certain degree of co-determination in relation to the operation and maintenance of the property.
The housing association aims to create a good living environment for its members. Common areas and facilities are often part of the housing association's offer, which can include playgrounds, car parks and common areas. The residents participate in decision-making processes through general meetings, where important matters for the housing association's operation are discussed and decided.
