Byggveien housing association is a form of housing that offers apartments to its members. The housing association is organized as an association of unit owners, where each unit owner has the right to live in a specific apartment. This gives members the opportunity to participate in decision-making processes concerning common areas and maintenance of the buildings.
The housing association aims to create a good living environment for its residents. This includes shared facilities and opportunities for socializing. Byggveien housing association is part of the larger housing market in Oslo, and it is common for such housing associations to have rules and bylaws that regulate the use of common areas and responsibilities between members.
