Justiskroken housing association is a housing cooperative located in Oslo. The housing association has hired a company to wash the stairs once a week, which helps to maintain a clean and pleasant living environment. The residents are responsible for keeping the common areas clean, and participation in charity work is encouraged when there is a need for cleaning and maintenance.
The services are an important part of the community in the housing association, as they help keep costs down. Information from the board is distributed to households or hung in the hallways, so that all residents are kept informed of relevant matters and activities. The Justiskroken residential association facilitates an active and cooperative living environment.
