The National Association For The Combined Visually & Hearing Impaired, also known as Deafblind, is an organization that focuses on providing resources and support to people with combined visual and hearing impairment. The organization works to promote the rights of its members and provides assistance in individual cases. Through district teams, they offer local support and community, which helps to strengthen the network among members.
The organization publishes the member magazine "Synhør" six times a year, which contains information on current topics and activities. In addition, they organize various activities and events for the members, which provides opportunities for socializing and exchanging experiences. The National Association For The Combined Visually & Hearing Impaired also publishes project reports with support from Stiftelsen Dam, and has an active presence on social media to share news and information about upcoming events.
