The Norwegian Truck Owners Federation is a trade union that represents owners of trucks and transport companies. The organization works to promote members' interests and strengthen the trucking industry in Norway. Among their activities are special transport seminars for professionals in the transport sector, as well as a focus on engaging young people as drivers, managers and role models within the industry.
The federation also offers legal assistance through the NLF-Advokatene and has developed the NLF school for skills development among members. They have a new warehouse for heavy transport in Narvik and participate in events such as Dyrsku'n, where they use digital tools for follow-up. In addition, they have formulated five demands for the new government to strengthen the industry, and they promote ethical transport practices through the Fair Transport initiative.
