The Oslo Shipowners' Association represents the maritime cluster in Oslo and includes members from several counties, including Akershus, Buskerud and Østfold. The association is part of the Norwegian Shipping Association, and is based on the first floor of the Shipping Association. Here they collaborate with other organizations such as the Shipping & Offshore Network, Ocean Industry Forum Oslofjord and the Norwegian Ship Brokers' Association.
The association organizes various activities and events for its members, and focuses on important topics such as climate and the environment within shipping. They prepare annual reports and articles of association for the members, and participate in the Executive Dialogue to exchange experiences. Through its work, the Oslo Shipowners' Association contributes to the development of Oslo as a central shipping city.
