Rugdeberget housing association is a housing cooperative that offers a range of facilities for its residents. The housing association has parking spaces with the option of charging electric cars, which can be an advantage for those who own electric vehicles. Emphasis is placed on the maintenance of the properties, and the residents are responsible for contributing to this work.
In addition to practical solutions, Rugdeberget housing association focuses on community and cohesion among residents. Activities and charity work are organized to strengthen the neighbourhood, and there is a notice board where information about houses for sale and other relevant news is shared. The housing association is also planning an anniversary party for the unit owners, and is open to input and ideas from the residents for the content of the website.
